SITUATED 800m from the Great Glen Way, Aberchalder Swing Bridge, bridge of Oich and the Caledonian Canal. We are on the main A82 next the Thistle Stop Tea Room, four miles South of Loch Ness and Fort Augustus, whilst Invergarry is three miles to the south.
ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE or with full private bathroom and tastefully furnished in our converted and extended 200 year old centrally heated croft with fabulous Great Glen views. All rooms, twin/double, family and quadruples, are on one level for easy access, hospitality tray, TV with free view DVD/HD, alarm clock and hairdryer in all rooms and central heating. Towels and toiletries are provided. A snack and drinks menu is available in every room.
BBQ area available for all guests free of charge; please let us know in advance if you wish to use this facility.
PARKING for motorcycles, secure lock-up for cycles and ample parking space for cars, etc, free of charge.
LAUNDRY and drying facility on site.
DOGS welcome. There is a charge of £10 per dog staying in the room with the owner. Dogs are only allowed in the bedroom and in the corridor on the way in/out of the Guest House. If there are other guests (especially young children) in the garden, do not leave the dog alone outside. Please make sure you clean after your dog and deposit any dog dirt in a bag in the bin.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By law in Scotland, a booking is a contract between the guest and the hotel.
When booking with Lundie View Lodge the guests agree to the following T&C:
B&B rates are based depending on the season and the number of guests per room and may vary.
50% deposit required upon booking, non refundable.
Credit/debit card is required when booking/checking in to secure the booking, cover extras, losses or damage to property. Other payment methods must be supported by a credit/debit card.
No shows, cancellations or amendments without communication up to 15 days noon prior to arrival date, will be charged at the current rate plus any credit card administration fee as applicable.
Smoking policy: the guests agree to pay a compensation payment of £250 if they smoke outside the designated smoking area at any time. The guests agree for the compensatory payment of £250 to be taken from the credit card used upon booking if proof of smoking is found in the room/s after check out.
Check in between 16:00 and 20:00 unless by prior arrangement.
Checkout by 10:00 on the morning of departure.
There is a charge of £10 per dog staying in the room.
Rates include all taxes/charges.
Credit card details are only taken over the phone or by fax.
Extra charges will apply if paying via international money transfer.
Guests are advised to buy travel insurance prior any holiday to avoid disappointment.
