• SITUATED 800m from the Great Glen Way and the Caledonian Canal. We are on the main A82 four miles South of Loch Ness and Fort Augustus, whilst Invergarry is three miles to the south.
• ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE or with full private bathroom and tastefully furnished in our converted and extended 200 year old centrally heated croft with fabulous Great Glen views. All rooms are on one level for easy access, hospitality tray, colour TV, alarm clock and hairdryer in all rooms and central heating. Towels and toiletries are provided.
• GUEST'S LOUNGE large TV, DVD player, books, games and a selection of DVDs if you feel like curling up in front of the wood burning stove. A snack and drinks menu is available.
• EVENING MEALS available upon request, 3 course set menu, all diets catered for ***PLEASE NOTE that evening meals are not available in August
• BBQ/PATIO area available for all guests.
• PARKING for motorcycles, secure lock-up for cycles and ample parking space for cars, etc, free of charge.
• LAUNDRY and drying facility on site.
• DOGS welcome. There is a charge of £10 per dog staying in the room with the owner. Dogs are only allowed in the bedroom and in the corridor on the way in/out of the Guest House. If there are other guests (especially young children) in the garden, do not leave the dog alone outside. Please make sure you clean after your dog and deposit any dog dirt in a bag in the bin.
• NO SMOKING premises.
• FULL CURRENT FIRE CERTIFICATE.
• CURRENT FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE.
• PRIVATE WATER SUPPLY, 100% pure, clear and safe to drink, it is filtered and meets the environmental health standard.
• SELF CATERING STATIC CARAVAN sleeps 4/6 people. Self catering caravan is let out for periods of 3 or 7 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
B&B rates are based depending the season and the number of guests per room. 50% deposit required upon booking, non refundable. Credit/debit card is required when booking/checking in to secure the booking, cover extras, losses or damage to property. Other payment methods must be supported by a credit/debit card. No shows, or cancellations without prior communication up to 7 days, will be charged at the current rate plus any credit card administration fee as applicable. Check in between 16:00 and 21:00 unless by prior arrangement. Checkout by 10:00 on the morning of departure. There is a charge of £10 per dog staying in the room. Credit cards attract a 3% handling fee. When paying with international money transfer, a bank fee may apply.
