• SITUATED 800m from the Great Glen Way and the Caledonian Canal. We are on the main A82 four miles South of Loch Ness and Fort Augustus, whilst Invergarry is three miles to the south.
  
  
• ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE or with full private bathroom and tastefully furnished in our converted and extended 200 year old centrally heated croft with fabulous Great Glen views. All rooms are on one level for easy access, hospitality tray, colour TV, alarm clock and hairdryer in all rooms and central heating. Towels and toiletries are provided.
  
  
• GUEST'S LOUNGE with pay-phone, large TV, DVD player, books, games and a selection of DVDs if you feel like curling up in front of the wood burning stove. A snack and drinks menu is available. Fully licenced.
  
  
• EVENING MEALS available upon request, 3 course set menu, all diets catered for. Full current food hygiene certificate.
  
  
• BBQ/PATIO area available for all guests.
  
  
• PARKING There is undercover parking for motorcycles, secure lock-up for cycles and ample parking space for cars, etc, free of charge.
  
  
• LAUNDRY and drying facility on site.
  
  
• CHILDREN under 2 years old stay for free, reduced rates for children between 3 and 12.
  
  
• PETS welcome, free of charge.
  
  
• NO SMOKING premises.
  
  
• FULL CURRENT FIRE CERTIFICATE
  
  
• SELF CATERING STATIC CARAVAN sleeps 4/6 people. All bedding and towels provided. Self catering caravan is let out for periods of 3 or 7 days.
  
  
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  50% deposit required upon booking, refundable up to 28 days prior to booking date. Full payment is required if paying with cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Credit/debit card is required upon check in. Credit cards attract a 3% handling fee. Full payment is required upon booking the self catering caravan. No shows, or cancellations without prior communication up to 48 hours 12 noon, will be charged at the current rate plus any credit card administration fee as applicable. When meals have been booked, these will also be charged at the current rate for full adult price per meal. Check in between 16:00 and 21:00 unless by prior arrangement. Checkout by 10:00 on the morning of departure. Only one dog is allowed per room per night.
